Matching

Matching

Start from a candidate, find fitting jobs, and monitor new demand with alerts.

Matching does not start with an open role. It starts with a candidate you already know and finds relevant opportunities in the job market.

Start a search with a candidate

  1. Open the relevant candidate project.
  2. Go to Matching.
  3. Review the proposed search strategy.
  4. Adjust the query, sources, and filters if needed.
  5. Start the search.

talentkiwi combines the candidate profile with your search query. Results are ranked by relevance and include a clear explanation of the fit.

Review and shortlist results

Each result shows the important information about the job, company, and location. You also see why the job may fit the candidate and where potential gaps remain.

Add interesting jobs to the shortlist, reject unsuitable results, and return to your selection later.

Set up alerts

To keep monitoring a candidate, save the search as an alert. talentkiwi runs it again at the chosen interval and emails you when new fitting jobs appear.

Previously reviewed and shortlisted results remain unchanged. New results are added and marked as new.

Use filters for criteria such as location, radius, travel time, workload, language, company, or experience level. Review the search strategy before starting and adjust it until it reflects your intent.
