When you visit this website, our hosting provider Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, requested pages, access time and browser and device information. This supports delivery, security and troubleshooting.

If you contact us or book a demo through Calendly, we use your contact details, appointment data and messages to respond to your enquiry. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on pre-contractual or contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests in secure operations and business communication (Article 6(1)(f)).

Necessary settings, such as language and cookie preferences, are stored in your browser. With your consent, we use PostHog, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to analyse page views, interactions, technical errors and loading times. This may involve usage data and technical identifiers. You can withdraw or give consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

For sign-in, account management and platform security, we process names, business email addresses, sign-in data and account usage data. We use Clerk for this purpose, to perform our contracts and operate the service securely. Under our DPA, Clerk has no access to candidate data.

We process candidate data on behalf of our clients and according to their instructions. Persistent storage is provided by Microsoft Azure in Switzerland. AI providers, processing regions and deletion periods follow the agreed configuration and DPA. The relevant recruitment agency is generally responsible for requests concerning a candidate profile; we support it in responding.

We use Vercel for the website, PostHog for analytics, Calendly for appointment booking and Clerk for user accounts. Vimeo videos embedded in the documentation may send technical data to Vimeo when loaded. After opening external links, including social media links, the respective provider's privacy information also applies.

These services may process data in Switzerland, the EU or EEA, the United Kingdom and the United States. Transfers rely on a recognised adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses. Information on the safeguards used is available on request.

We retain contact and account data for as long as needed for the stated purposes, contract administration or statutory retention obligations. Technical logs and analytics data are subject to the applicable operational retention periods. Cookie preferences remain until changed or browser data is deleted. Candidate data follows the separately agreed deletion periods.

Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction and deletion, and, where applicable, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may complain to the FDPIC in Switzerland or the competent data protection authority in the EU.
