Your agreement governs
Services, pricing, duration, support and liability are governed by your individual customer contract. Candidate data processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement (DPA). This website does not replace or extend those agreements; individually agreed provisions take precedence in the event of a conflict.
Responsible use
Use talentkiwi within the scope of your agreement and applicable law. Ensure you are entitled to use the data and documents you provide. AI-generated content and matching results are supporting tools and require professional review before use. Decisions about candidates and positions remain with the responsible team.
Information on this website
This website describes our offering. Your contract determines the features and services you have purchased. Rights to website content remain with Dionitech AG or the respective rights holders. Operators of linked external websites are responsible for their content.
