After generating a document, an edit button appears that lets you make changes directly in the browser. No download, no reformatting in Word, no switching between tabs.
This is especially handy for small tweaks like names, dates, or phrasing that you want to fine-tune after generation. Make your changes and download the finished document straight away.
In the "Job description" field you can now paste a URL instead of manually copying and pasting the content. talentkiwi fetches the page automatically, extracts the relevant text, and uses it for document generation, exactly as if you had pasted the description yourself.
This works with most common job boards and career pages. If a page can't be read, a notice will appear so you can fill it in manually.
In the settings you can now create multiple profiles, for example one per colleague on the team. Each profile stores the corresponding details for headers and footers, so you can select the right profile when generating a document.
No more manually adjusting settings when creating a document for someone else. The right profile is selected in one click, and all details are applied automatically.
