Page Settings

Configure layout, content, anonymization, gap detection, and language for each page in a document template.

Page settings are configured by the talentkiwi team. The sections below describe what can be configured — reach out to us at matteo@dionitech.com to request changes or send us an example of what you'd like.

Layout

Controls the visual appearance of the page: column structure, spacing, font style, and so on. The easiest way to request a layout change is to send us an example of how you'd like the document to look.

Content

Controls which sections are included on the page and how the header and footer look. Available sections include:

  • Personal summary / profile
  • Work experience
  • Education & qualifications
  • Skills & competencies
  • Languages
  • Certifications & diplomas
  • References
  • Recruiter notes
  • Document footer

Timeline sections (such as work experience and education) can be reordered by drag and drop within the generated document.

Anonymization

Sets the degree of anonymization applied when anonymization is enabled at generation time:

  • Which fields are hidden (name, photo, contact details, profile links)
  • How names are replaced — initials, a placeholder such as "Candidate A", or left blank

Anonymization also applies to attached supporting documents when exporting as PDF.

Gap detection

Enable gap detection to automatically flag unexplained employment gaps in the candidate's work history. A gap is flagged when there is an unexplained period between positions beyond a defined threshold.

Flagged gaps appear in the edit panel after generation, where you can add an explanation or dismiss them.

Language

talentkiwi can generate dossiers in four languages regardless of the source CV language:

  • English
  • German
  • French
  • Italian

The output language is selected at generation time.
